Drag a Kickoff Agenda card into Kickoff & Training. Fill goals, stakeholders, KPIs, and risks so decisions live with the work. Create Meeting Notes with the calendar link and owner, then set the kickoff date. Add a Communication Plan card (cadence, channels, escalation). Apply ‘Kickoff scheduled’ once the invite is out.

Create a ‘First deliverable + 30‑day check‑in’ task in Handoff & First Check‑in and assign the owner.
