The largest and busiest of Niseko United's four resorts, with ski-in/ski-out runs and floodlit night skiing. Buy an All Mountain pass online to skip the ticket queue on your first day.

The après-ski hub at the base of Grand Hirafu, packed with izakayas, ramen shops, and cocktail bars. Book dinner by 6 pm in peak weeks, as the best spots fill early.

The quietest of the four Niseko zones, with wide groomers, a terrain park, and family-friendly snow activities. Reserve snowmobile tours a day ahead, as weekend slots sell out fast.

A 90-minute drive from Niseko, where stone warehouses line a snow-draped canal lit by gas lamps at dusk. Visit around sunset for the best atmosphere, and book ahead during the February Snow Light Path Festival.

The westernmost and calmest of the four zones, with wide gentle slopes and far fewer crowds. A good pick for a relaxed final morning on the mountain before a soak at the base onsen.

A secluded outdoor onsen at the foot of Annupuri, reached by a short snowy trail through birch trees. Wear waterproof boots for the walk and bring cash, as cards are not accepted.
