Yes. The free plan includes 5 boards and 150 items in total (our full wedding planner template is 41), with unlimited collaborators. Pro is $5/month billed yearly ($59.99), or $7.99 monthly, for unlimited boards and items, private boards and more.
Only you, until you share it. On the free plan you share by link, and you choose “Anyone with the link can view” or “can edit”, and switch anytime. Pro adds invite-only boards, where you pick who’s an editor or a viewer and can remove anyone. You can delete your account anytime from your profile.
Very unlikely. After 5 wrong codes, that network can’t try again for a while, a code stops working after 2 hours of inactivity, and you can remove it anytime. For boards that should stay private, Pro makes them invite-only.
Nothing is locked or deleted. Every board still opens and you can still edit and tick everything. You just can’t add new items until you delete some or upgrade to Pro.
On a board you share by link, open Share and get a join code. Others type it at instaboard.app or in the app and they’re in. A code expires after 2 hours of inactivity, and you can make a new one anytime.
Yes. Keep adding and moving cards without a connection. Your changes sync when you’re back online.
